Dou Dou is a pair of sensitive shoes designed for last one-kilometer transportation. At first, I was thinking about making something like a scooter or a small car. But then I thought in another way - what about encouraging people to 'walk' the last kilometer?

When I was a small child, I felt boring sometimes on the way to school, then I would focus on some lines or dots on the ground, and follow them to school. By doing this, the journey became funny and short. This psychology was supported by research that it was a common phenomenon among people. Why not create something that “shorten” the distance in people’s mind? And it would be both interesting and healthy.

You can wear Dou Dou on your shoes, and every time one of your feet is on ground, it will show a laser dot in front of you, which would make you interested and forget the long way. A friend from engineering was very fond of this idea and offered help in coding.

课题是“最后一公里代步工具设计”。一开始我也想到了做电动车滑板车等真的代步工具。可是转念一想，一公里其实真的很短，为什么不鼓励人们走路呢？小时候一个人上学常常会找路上特别的点、线，沿着它们跳跳走走就会忘记上学路的遥远和乏味。穿上豆豆鞋，后脚跟的助跳弹簧会给人奇妙的行走体验，更为特别的是，每次脚着地，前脚掌处的压力传感器感应到着地，小腿帮带上的激光灯就会随机亮起，前方一定范围内就会随机出现一个点,不断设立目标，遥远的路途也不那么容易感到劳累了。
豆豆鞋上下板均采用具有良好弹性韧性且耐磨的硅橡胶，程序板也用软电路板，这样整个鞋都可以弯折，与人跳跃时的脚步动作相适应；底板伸出的导线缝入松紧绑带控制激光；绑带的扣合方式为最方便的粘扣式。
